Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
The staff were exceptionally attentive, full cleaning daily with excellent quality linen made for a comfortable stay.
Limited variety in breakfast options and insufficient air conditioning detracted from overall comfort.

Chur, the staff were heaps friendly and helpful. But the shower was tiny and the area felt a bit dodgy at night. Still, I had a comfy stay!

It was just a fitting option for shopping in Rome with excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly on those hot summer days. Try to book a room that’s away from the main street for a quieter night.

The family room offered ample space for our group, making it great for relaxation after a day of exploration. The breakfast spread featured a variety of options, providing a solid start to our mornings, and the continental selections really stood out.
In terms of air conditioning, it struggled to keep up during warmer weather. the chill simply wasn’t there when the heat turned up outside. The plumbing left a lot to be desired with visible leaks in the shower that I found quite off-putting—definitely could use a good scrubbing. the garden area was less than inviting, with a few dirty chairs and a couple of pesky ants to contend with, which really dampened the vibe for outdoor lounging.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is super close to the metro, making it easy to reach spots like the Colosseum and Vatican City. The staff surprised us with a lovely bagged breakfast, which was a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was delicious, perfect after a long day of exploring.
Had a bit of a hassle with the parking charges. our van was classified as a bus, which led to extra fees that caught us off guard.
